In this class you will learn the basics of CrossFit.
Services
We don't sit on machines and do isolation movements. The exercises we use are multi-joint, core to extremity, athletic movements that require proper technique and thus they require coaching for all
but the most dedicated or experienced auto didact. All class times posted on the schedule are staffed by a trainer certified in the CrossFit method. You get coaching every time you come in.
Nathan: there really is no such movement as the squat clean. A clean starts from the ground and should get under it fast putting you in a squat position. Because we implement so many different movements in crossfit for some reason people understand squat clean better. Reply to this

On the cleans, is a full front squat required for it to count?

Nathan - yes, these are full squat cleans, crease of hip should pass below the knee, then stand all the way up.
Ring dips should have the shoulder below the elbow.
