Scott: I hope to be affiliate with crossfit football this year but for the interest of the gym I think it is best that I get my level two first.
For now if anyone wants to do the football workout we all know that I am qualified to teach any of these movements. I just can't post anything that implies to the football website.

Hang Clean-you start in a hanging postion and a clean you start from the floor.
