Parking lot Resealing and Striping
Sorry for the short notice but I just word yesterday from my landlord that the parking lot is being Resealed and Painted on Saturday August 1st.
The Cleaning of the lot will start at 8am and will be followed by the resealing and striping. There can be no vehicles on the lot during this process.
The lot has to stay empty 24 hours to alow the sealing soluloution and paint to dry. I will keep everyone posted but for now the gym will be closed all day on Saturday and open late on sunday. Sunday hours for now will be from 12-3pm. Sunday hours may change, please check the blog before coming in.

20 Wall Balls

20 Side-To-Side with Ball
10 Slam Ball
X 3 Rounds
