There were a lot of times on the HQ site that were around 15 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That said, I'm not sure how I'll do on this wod since I'm still fairly weak at muscle ups. I think I may have to do jumping style after the first couple rounds...</content>
